7 Things to Do Before You Leave University

Updated: Apr 25, 2020

Life of a student is simply amazing. You won't realize until you step out to the society as a responsible adult. So don't ever miss to do these things during your next few years.

Work on Your Resume

Most boring thing to do out of the rest but this must be done. It is advisable to make your "dream fantasy resume" and keep updating. Record all the experience, knowledge and achievements you get under your belt. Remember this is a continuous process.

Charity - Do Something Really Stupid

Run half naked for a fund raiser, get involved in university RAGs but know what you are doing, stay up for 48 hours working on something meaningless but be proud you did that. However, make a contribution to the society.

Fight for Your Right - Protest

Are you trying to call yourself a real student without painting posters in the fight for students' right? Sometimes you may not know why you are doing it but do it!!

Do Few Assignments on the Last Night

Deadlines are stressful but it never kills the excitment. Pull an all-nighter at a library stressing yourself to finish the assignment on time.

Throw a House Party - Party till next day

Consequences may be rough and tough but find your crazy friends who could give a shoutout, set your dancing playlist and send an open invitation. Balancing your neighbours is a test of your skills.

Introduce Your Own Cocktail

You may not have enough financials to do fansy drinks everyday. Instead you become an inventor of your own cocktail version. Make it sound like a premium cocktail that only high end professionals consume to highlight their prestige. Remember to use what you can afford.

Do a Part-Time Job

Some extra cash would always help you. Go out, expose yourself to industries you love to work for. Gaining experience, knowing how the real world functions and how you should deliver yourself to the corporate is very important in progressing your career.
